Can I pay for my layover or stopover separately?
Waiting times and layovers are not included in the subscription price. You must pay for these separately.
What are the terms and conditions?
Are you available 24/7?
Yes! Our dispatchers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rides can also be booked and tracked online or via the app.
Where do you pick us up at airports/stations?
We welcome our customers at the following locations:
Brussels Airport (Zaventem): Arrival Hall Java Coffee Bar
Charleroi Airport: In front of the metal barriers at the main entrance
Ostend Airport: Arrival Hall
Lille Flandres Station: At the Relay Shop
Station Lille Europe: Mercure hotel (recht tegenover de taxistrook)
Brussels South Station (Midi): Starbucks, Platform 3
Can’t locate our driver right away? Call our landline. Our IT system will recognize your booking number and provide a status update over the phone. You will then also have the option to be connected directly to your driver.
Do you also provide airport transfers?
Yes, we offer airport transfers. You can book your transfer online, via our app, by phone, or by email. Whether you’re traveling alone or with a group, we ensure your ride is arranged smoothly.

What happens if I need to cancel a ride?
If you cancel your ride in time (before it is assigned to a driver), you’ll simply get your turn back. This way, you’ll keep all your rides and can use them to the fullest.
How can I pay for the subscription?
You can easily pay by clicking “Subscribe” at the end of your request.
You will then be redirected to the payment page, where you can pay for your first month and set up direct debit.
After that, the subscription will be automatically renewed monthly through your bank at the end of each billing cycle.
