TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VTC TAXI
These terms and conditions apply to all taxi subscriptions offered by VTC Taxi via www.vtctaxi.be
or through a direct agreement with the customer.
By taking out a subscription, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, as well as to VTC Taxi’s general terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Taxi subscriptions are available exclusively to individual customers (natural persons) who reside within the zones designated by VTC Taxi. Legal entities, businesses, or organizations are not eligible for these subscription plans.
VTC Taxi
The company that offers taxi services via reservations and subscriptions.
Customer / Subscriber
Any individual who purchases a taxi subscription from VTC Taxi and resides within the zones designated by VTC Taxi.
Subscription
An agreement under which the customer is entitled to a predetermined number of taxi rides per week within an agreed-upon zone for a fixed monthly fee.
Ride
A single trip from a specified starting address to a destination without any stops or waiting time.
Home Address
The private address provided by the subscriber, which is used as a reference point for subscriptions with a service area and must be located within the zones defined by VTC Taxi.
Inner Ring Pass
For trips where both the departure point and destination are within the inner ring.
Home Address Subscription – 3 km Zone
For trips that take place within a radius of approximately 3 kilometers around the home address provided by the customer. Both the pickup location and the destination must be within this zone.
Home Address Subscription – 5 km Zone
For trips that take place within a radius of approximately 5 kilometers around the home address provided by the customer. Both the pickup location and the destination must be within this zone.
The home address is recorded when the subscription is signed up and can only be changed with VTC Taxi’s approval.
The home address must be the subscriber’s private address located within the areas where the subscription is valid.
The exact number of rides included per week and the current rates will be communicated separately via the website or when you sign up for the subscription.
VTC Taxi reserves the right to change subscription types, zones, and terms and conditions if operationally necessary.
Zone 0 – Inner Ring
Routes entirely within the inner ring of Kortrijk.
Zone 1 – Within the R8 and the Thoge area
All locations within the R8 around Kortrijk and the Thoge area.
Zone 2 – Nearby municipalities
Kuurne, Gullegem, Marke, and the center of Zwevegem.
Zone 3 – Wider region
Harelbeke and Wevelgem.
Zone 4 – Outlying Municipalities
Aalbeke, Rollegem, Bellegem, and Lendelede.
VTC Taxi reserves the right to change the zone classification if operationally necessary.
Trips are made without any stops.
There is no waiting period included.
Rides go directly from pickup to drop-off.
Same-day round-trip travel is not included.
Additional stops or waiting time are not allowed under this subscription.
Trips covered by the subscription can only be booked Monday through Sunday between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
For subscriptions with a home address zone:
All trips must take place within the agreed radius of the registered home address (3 km or 5 km).
Both the departure point and the destination must be within this radius.
Rides outside this zone are not covered by the subscription and may be charged separately according to VTC Taxi’s current rates.
The home address must be the subscriber’s private address and cannot be used as a business address.
The customer has the right to cancel the subscription within 14 calendar days of signing up, without giving any reason.
If rides have already been completed, VTC Taxi may charge a pro-rata fee.
VTC Taxi cannot be held liable for delays or the failure to provide rides caused by circumstances beyond its control.
VTC Taxi provides its services with the utmost care.
Liability is limited to the legal provisions applicable to taxi transportation.

VTC Taxi reserves the right to adjust subscription rates annually based on objective economic parameters, including but not limited to the cost-of-living index, fuel costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses.
Any price adjustment will be communicated to the subscriber in writing or electronically at least 30 days prior to its effective date.
VTC Taxi also reserves the right to terminate the subscription unilaterally at any time, without providing a reason. In such cases, the subscriber will be notified with a notice period of at least 30 days, unless urgent or exceptional circumstances justify immediate termination.
Subscription fees that have already been paid but not used for the remaining period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
